Mother really spoil this time.I have to work and as the same time, have a freaking hectic training timetable.
Holiday Training Programme For Year 1:
Starting from 25 this month till end of holidays.
Every Mon- 2p.m to 5p.m Guys Year 1
Every Wed - 9a.m. to 12p.m Guys
Every Thur - 5p.m to 830p.m Guys
Every Fri - 10a.m to 2p.m Guys Year 1 Bring Shoe
Every Sat - 9a.m. to 2p.m Guys Year 1 Bring Shoe
Alternate Sun - 9a.m. to 1p.m Alternate with guys slot first
Bring skipping rope everyday
Keep All these hours free. If you want skip training, you better find a excuse better than work.
Anyway it's going to be hell week for you all after exam. (:
Go buff up more and run MORE. Final warning
Total Guys/week = 12.5Hrs

Super crazy man. How will i find spare time to rest and relax sia. I just hope my working schedule is able to be dam flexible. Luckily weekday need to work 4 hours only. Still thought of working more the other time -.- Since the training timetable is out, i guess i have no choice but to work as little as i can. Time to continue training for my 'suitable' figure.LOL
And i'm going to miss my canoeing course and fitness test due to working at the singtel roadshow. Dam man, really worried about the fitness test even thou i won't be able to make it, I believe there is a make up test. It sure is going to be crazy making you do campus run, pull ups, dips, push ups and all the totally physically draining exercises.
